Voting membership

South Muskoka is an Ontario not-for-profit corporation without share capital. Individuals may purchase a voting membership in the Club. Voting membership certificates may be purchased from the Club treasury for $500 or may be transferred from an existing member, subject to payment of a transfer fee to the Club. The transfer fee is currently $55. Voting memberships are non-cumulative: an individual will have only 1 vote, regardless of the number of voting membership certificates held in his or her name.

Adult owners of voting memberships receive discounts on both curling and golfing annual membership dues, currently $25 and $60, respectively. The original membership certificates sold for $100 in 1970.
